We had our land in Leura for sale with another agent. Rarely heard from them! Then we listed with R.A. Lawrence. Julie was great …She’s professional and friendly and perhaps most importantly - always realistic in her estimations and assessments of individual clients and the local market alike. She is optimistic and positive without ever creating false expectations - nor did she ever lower our expectations in case of an ordinary result. The land sold in a matter of a few weeks at the predicted price, and the communication was good – that’s all that matters.

Having spent many months researching the property market in the Upper Blue Mountains from Sydney on the internet, and having limited time to make the journey, it was a pleasure for us to meet R A Lawrence's Karen Lister, an agent so willing to help and one who took such a keen interest in what it was that we really wanted.
Many other agents were happy to show us properties that they had listed, but when we arrived we often found that the property was completely innappropriate for our needs. One has the feeling they were ticking the boxes for the vendors, to make them feel they are working. Karen was focussed on us and our needs, and directed us to a small but excellent choice of properties that were suitable not only for our taste but also our budget.
As a result, Karen showed us the property that we settled upon. During the negotiation and exchange process, Karen was of great help, with a "no problems" attitude which also allowed us to view the property at many different times of day and night. Karen even offered to take extra measurements for our floor plan on her day off!
If I were a vendor I would feel happy using Karen Lister's services,knowing that she would bring genuine buyers for inspections, and as a purchaser I am delighted to have found such a friendly, easy to deal with, real estate agent when deciding on our property to purchase.
